Vogelsanger Weg is an important development area in the north of Düsseldorf. RHA's urban design contributes to meeting the urgent need for housing and the demand for commercial space in the state capital. The concept picks up on the heterogeneity of the area and provides for small-scale development. Three structural development areas are created, each with their own rules and typologies. The concept for an innovative urban building block combines the uses of living and working and offers solutions for robust structures. The mosaic of typologies and uses is framed by a strong open space framework.
